Sorry to spam your flist, but my roommate just sent me a link to this Brisk Commercial featuring none other than Machete himself (Danny Trejo) as a claymation figure! It's hilarious - basically the plot of Machete in one minute, so spoilers, obviously (though not much that hasn't been in the various trailers):
