*huge yawn*
Feb. 18th, 2006 08:37 amsho tired.
I'm more sleepwalking than truly awake - I hope I can doze on the train!
Concert was good - nephew and I got a good spot, just next to the concert room proper's entrance, and at the right edge of the stage (from our perspective). Right in front of the stage. The muscular guy was on our side, so I had a nice view. ;) I realized the only one I recognize (and know the name of) is Jimmy Pop. We were relatively safe from pogo dancers, though they did sway into our direction (and into us) every now and then, but there were several people around us who were good about helping push them back, so all in all it wasn't too bad. and much of the time I was able to sit on the small table that was standing against the wall there, which was good for my back after having stood around waiting outside for almost 2 hours (they opened the door later than announced, of course). The concert ended about a quarter past midnight, and I caught the night bus home while my nephew went looking for his friends at his favourite bar. Prepared some stuff for today, and by the time I was finished it was going towards 2am. Alarm went off at 8:15 this morning - hence *points to beginning of entry*.
Well, breakfast now, and then I need to pack my course book and laptop and other stuff and get ready. Eeeeeeh I can't wait to finally see these two films! *tiny bounce* Have a good day y'all!
