( Kreuzpainter takes 'Krabat' helm )
Kreuzpainter is the director of Sommersturm (which they could have mentioned, has a limited release in the US sometime this month (March)), and Krabat (good grief I never realised that the book is by Otfried Preussler, who also wrote a lovely book about a little ghost, can't remember the title) has already been filmed as a comic. I started watching it when it was on TV - I can't remember how old I was - early school age probably - when I saw it on TV, and I couldn't watch all of it, it made me feel too... uncomfortable, if that makes sense, and that is and always was a very, very rare thing. Never dared to watch it again, though also it's not been on TV in ages from what I've seen. Would be interesting to see how I react now.
ETA: At the office: I'm beginning to think I should have stayed at home - first our intern comes to tell me that my office mate called in sick, though she said she'd be at the office in the afternoon. Not 15 minutes later he comes again to tell me he'll have to go home too because he feels very unwell! Get thee behind me, evil bacteria/viruses/whatever caused my colleagues to become ill!!!
And: More snow. Watch me jubilate...
