All Shall Love Me and Despair

Since we are counting down, I thought it might be interesting to look at some numbers having to do with Lord of the Rings/Middle Earth/New Zealand... and some fascinating (and in some cases, very impressive) numbers they are too!

OK, since no one has opted out, I'm posting these openly... if the countdown does get unbearable for someone, feel free to filter me out of your regular friendspage viewing - it's not like I post vital stuff otherwise. :) However, I'll try to make this as easily ignorable as possible by putting large pics/texts behind a cut and/or using thumbnails.
