*hyperventilates*

The LOTR Symphony will be in Lucerne on 4th, 5th and 6th May!!!!!!! And there are still tickets - EEEEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I'M SO GOING!!!! It's not cheap and I'll have to stay the night so that means getting a hotel room but I don't care, I've been waiting for so long for it to come this way and I HAVE to see/hear this!!!! SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I'm not sure if Howard Shore will actually be there conducting himself because the details page says "Ludwig Wicki, Leitung" - anyone know if Howard has been at recent shows or if it's usually someone else? It would be the ultimate to have him there, though of course the music is still fantastic even with another conductor. The 21st Century Symphony Orchestra will be playing.

shirasade - how about it?! It would be great to see it with a fellow fan! Not like others there won't be fans, but... you know. :) And of course the same question goes out to anyone else who might happen to be "in the area" around that time! :D
