lilithlotr - I happened to see a preview for a miniseries on BBC Prime called State of Play, and there was a snippet with a guy who looked suspiciously like Marc Warren! Well a look at IMDB confirmed this. It's on Monday and I thought if you're interested I could record this for you in exchange for all the goodies you are sending me, but unfortunately this coming Monday it's already part 2... would you like me to record it anyway? If I can get my international VCR set up properly (I usually only use it to copy stuff so don't have any channels programmed on it) I can record directly to NTSC, otherwise I'd record to PAL on my regular VCR and then copy to NTSC.

I can play PAL or NTSC DVDs, so no problem there. Let me see if I can just download it, though - would be easier all around

It would be on tape I'm afraid - don't have a DVD recorder and the TV adapter on my computer is buggered up somehow so I can't get the image from whatever I connect to it... and hence can't record to DVD. Just let me know, I think I might record it anyway to take a look.

I can't convert tapes, and I'm trying to get rid of all my tapes anyway, so thanks, but no. I'll just have to hope it turns up as a torrent.
