germansoulmate, and since I haven't done any memes in a while and this one has some interesting questions... :)

1. You have 50 dollars in your pocket what do you do with it?
Probably buy groceries/household stuff. My buying for pleasure usually takes place online with my credit card. ;)
2. What is your most guilty pleasure?
I don't really feel guilty about any of my pleasures! After all, as long as they don't harm anyone, why should I feel guilty for my pleasures?!
3. Have you ever seen someone die?
No.
4. Are you confused as to what lies ahead of you?
About some of it, but that's part of life.
5. What was the last book you read for pleasure and would you recommend it?
Fiction: the "Blood" books by Tanya Huff upon which Blood Ties is based. If you're into sexy vampires and strong female characters and love triangles, yup! :)
Non-Fiction: "The Frodo Franchise" by Kristin Thompson. Highly fascinating if you're interested in how the Lord of the Rings films came to be, and what happened behind the scenes before, during and after the shoot(s).
6. Name a personal hero.
Steve Biko, and I guess mentioning him naturally brings up the name of Donald Woods, because he made Steve's story known all around the world, regardless of the dangers to himself and his family.
7. If the person you like does not accept you, would you continue to wait for them to change
their feelings?
I assume "like"="have a crush on"? No, certainly not. What use would that be?
8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
Accept it and try to move on.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy recently?
Not really.
10.What do you want most in life?
In essence: To be happy, and to help make others happy.
11.Which of the 7 Deadly Sins do you think you relate to the most & why?
Okay, which ones are they again? Extravagance/lust, gluttony, greed, sloth, wrath, envy, and pride. Hmm... I guess lust, sloth and wrath. I can be quite lustful; on days off I'm often a sloth; many a computer and other machine, but few humans have been the subjects of my wrath. :)
12.If you find out that your best friend is going out with your boyfriend/girlfriend, how would you react?
*snorts with laugther* Sorry, but that thought is just so utterly ridiculous. Totally hypothetically speaking, I guess I'd be disappointed/hurt and ask them about it, and depending on what they say, decide on how to go on.
13.Who is currently the most important person to you?
I don't have one most important person in my life, there are several.
14.What kind of person do you think you are?
Curious, creative, caring, easygoing, but also somewhat shy/insecure, flaky/easily distracted, occasionally too withdrawn.
15.Do you believe there is nothing higher than human kind?
The universe would be a sad place indeed if there wasn't! I don't believe in any particular deity(s), but I do believe there is something out there. :)
16.Which fictional character could you most see yourself marrying?
Oh gosh... that's a difficult question. I guess I better mention Dr. Matt Crower from American Gothic and Lt. John Matheson from Crusade *grins atserenitysangel and selmak*, but there's also Frodo Baggins and Dr. Simon Tam (Good thing I'm not the jealous type! ;)) Then again, there's a certain Horselord...

If the relationship is worth giving my all, sure!

Not a motto per se. But - it might be hard to believe, because I can be quite sarcastic about certain people/situations - I have a seemingly inborn belief that in the end, things will turn out well, no matter what the current situation is like.
19.What type of friends do you have?
The kind that even when aren't in touch for a while, when we get back together (virtually or in "Real Life") it's as if we'd never been separated.
20.Do you have an all time favorite song?
That question is impossible for me to answer - I have many, many all time favourite songs! Did I mention I'm a Gemini? :)
