So I heard the Torchwood S3 trailer was released last night on the BBC website. Is it by any chance already available somewhere us non-Brits have access?
Looks like it!!! There was no mention of what week exactly they'll show it? I've seen "spring" and "summer" mentioned in various places, more often the latter.
Btw, I love your banner... Aoraki Mount Cook, I believe? What lake is it, Pukaki? Beautiful picture! Did you take it yourself?
We had an email from Raewyn recently and they are "sweltering" in summer temperatures! I told her we had the heaviest snow for 18-20 years here in the UK. And I mentioned that you and LSR are joining them in July :-)
Thanks! Yes thats Aoraki and Lake Pukaki - I took the pic when we did a brief stop on the way to the Hermitage. It's one of my favourite shots and one I'm quite proud of. :D
Hee - too bad it will be winter when we're going! And yes, we're in touch too. It's "only" a bit more than 5 months now! :D
You did well to get a photo of Aoraki with the summit visible and not shrouded in cloud! It certainly is a beautiful picture and worthy of featuring in a calendar :-)
Yes, we could only go in the NZ winter, but better than not going at all! I'd love to visit in their summer, however.
Not that long then, *only* 5 months... I'm sure the time will fly by!
Friends of ours are going to Christchurch for 3 weeks around Easter, in 7 or 8 weeks time. Their son, daughter-in-law and grandchild are living there now.

Date: 2009-02-08 10:13 pm (UTC)Last time we went in December, which was more like spring than summer. Would also love to go in the middle of summer though!
That it will!
Aww lucky friends you have! I say the only problem with NZ is that it's so far away! ;D
