Daniel Reeve's Map of Middle-earth is well known to fans of The Lord of the Rings.

The Shire, Rivendell, Lorien, Rohan, Fangorn, Gondor - they are all there, the familiar milestones along the Fellowship's journey to Mordor, exactly as seen in the films and in the DVD extras.

This map is a direct scan from the original map hand drawn by Daniel Reeve.

Printed right here in Middle-earth (New Zealand) on high quality parchment paper with die-cut deckled edges.

The map comes rolled in a sturdy tube to ensure it arrives in pristine condition.

Daniel Reeve is a freelance artist from New Zealand. He is most well known for the calligraphy and cartography on the film trilogy of The Lord of the Rings, but has also worked on Van Helsing, King Kong, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Dead Letters, The Warrior's Way, Underworld 3, Kingdom Come, Spartacus, Tintin and The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.

Yes it's the one with several LOTR character's faces around the map. I love it. when I look up from my work I see it :-)

Not on parchment though? This version is brand new. I do think they had a 'regular' paper version at some point in the past. In any case, such a gorgeous work of art!
