For those interested, here's the translation of the parts in italics, which are outlining the segment. (The rest of the text is about the arrondissement itself.) My French is quite rusty, so corrections are welcome!
1 Rue de Madrid
It's night. David is walking under the bridge of the Rue du Rocher. He goes along Rue de Madrid, somber, dark and deserted, a bit scary, and begins to go up a staircase.
2 Rue du Rocher
He witnesses a murder withtout quite comprehending what is going on: A woman is standing over a corpse. It's a vampire who has feasted on blood: a strange tension develops between them.
3 Rue Portalis
David falls down the stairs and hurts himself. The vampire offers him her own blood. David is transformed and in an amorous impulse, he sinks his own teeth into the vampire's neck.
One bit of non-spoilery information I can give you is that Elijah's character is called David. And I do believe these scans are from a guidebook to the film locations, which seems to be available in France: paperback, hardcover.

*weak whimper* I hope it will be in UK cinemas during the second half of September, as I'll be there on holiday then and the Swiss start date is the 21st!
