On the one hand: Goodness, it's only Tuesday, and only in the early afternoon?!

On the other hand: Holy crap, only one week and one day of work left before NZ!!!! o_O
I'm really glad I have my packing list ready - now I only need to finalise just which and how many clothes I exactly will take... and make sure that they're not still in the washing next Wednesday. :)

I have to have everything sorted out by Sunday because I'm staying with my dad for a few days before we travel.. Packing list? I wish I were as organised! I'm certain I don't have enough socks. ARGH!!!

I have been travelling regularly for years now - in some years mostly short trips, in others longer ones too - so yes, I have my standard packing list which I adapt for each trip. This way I can (mostly) avoid forgetting the essentials at least.

The good thing is that we'll have several opportunities to do laundry and also to do some shopping, if necessary.

And yes, YAY!!!!!!!!! :D

In one week we'll be on our way!!!!! \o/

A little off-topic.

Ich würde gerne voraussichtlich Anfang Oktober nach London fliegen. Es ist mir fast unangenehm es zuzugeben aber meine bisherige Erfahrung mit solchen Trips ist sehr gering. Da du erst vor kurzem "mal kurz" dort gewesen bist und auch sonst zuletzt sehr häufig unterwegs gewesen bist wollte ich dich fragen ob ich dir vielleicht ein paar Fragen die ich mir in den letzten ein, zwei Tagen bzgl. London eingefallen sind zukommen lassen könnte (per mail?) und du mir sagen könntest was dir dazu einfällt. :)
