Oct. 15th, 2008 09:16 pmThe Reclaiming the Blade trailer features quite a few LotR alumni like Richard Taylor, Viggo Mortensen, Karl Urban and John Rhys-Davies omgicantwaitforthefinisheddocumentary; there's yet more on MTV News from Guillermo del Toro, regarding The Hobbit casting and creatures (including video); and for those of you in the UK who'd like to go see The Fellowship of the Ring performed live to the film, check out the official website of the London Philharmonic Orchestra for tickets from this coming Friday, 17th October on!
Well, finally forced myself to finish Robin of Sherwood season 3. Sorry, the end still sucks, and while Jason's Robert/Robin was good, he just won't ever be as dear to my heart as Michael's Robin. *sigh* So after that I just had to go back to "Robin Hood and the Sorcerer" (the pilot), and now I'm debating whether I should re-watch all Michael episodes, or skip directly to "The Greatest Enemy". Decisions, decisions...
Speaking of RoS, I must dig out my photos from the Silver Arrow 2003 convention in Bristol, and post the few that are okay quality on my gallery... and yes, I am working on the Sunday RingCon pics. :)

Report and rest of the pics including a clip from the Craig video, shhhhh! :) to follow asap, yadda yadda.

Oct. 6th, 2008 08:19 pmWell, I've been home for *takes look at computer clock* a bit more than two hours now, in which I've (barely) started unpacking, eaten, and scanned my flist. I now have quite a few entries open in tabs to comment to, but don't have the energy right now. It was lovely to see some of you guys again, and also my ex coworker and her boyfriend, who I stayed with. Tomorrow I guess I'll post RingCon pics (including my photo ops with Jed Brophy, Lori Dungey & Shane Rangi - a.k.a. The Family Portrait *giggle* -, and Brad Dourif) and try to write a report. Don't expect too many details from me - with so much going on things always tend to blur together, but I'll try my best. Fun was had, in any case. :)

Okay, now to go watch House. And soon thereafter bed - thank goodness I have tomorrow off. Good night!

File recovery is finished, and I reconfigured Outlook yesterday, so now I have all my old emails and contacts and rules etc. back. \o/
Must get my train ticket for Bonn - and if my confirmation letter from RingCon doesn't arrive by Wednesday, print the email I received after booking my ticket. Oh yes, and of course first of all, install my new printer. Did I mention that the old one had given out back in early August? I surely hope that my streak of computer equipment giving out is over now... *gives her computer ventilation a significant look*
