All Shall Love Me and Despair

due to an illness, (and compounded by exhaustion from playing so many shows), we are postponing tomorrow's show at the Rohstofflagerin Zurich.  We will be discussing with the promoter a replacement show and will let you know.  We will continue in Vienna Austria on Saturday night as scheduled.

All is good, just need a minute to get better...

Who knows if we/I can go at whatever new date they'll come up with, but at least there's still hope. (And I totally understand needing a break in this situation.) Cross your fingers for me, yeah?

The Good:

The Bad:
Jonny (the guitarist) won't be with Kill Hannah on their European tour due to some "personal matters and outside obligations", according to their Myspace. And this might well be the only time that I'll get to see them, apart from their brief stint at Give It A Name last April in London. Still looking forward to the concert a lot, but... F**k!

The Sort-of-Ugly:
Off to bed with me - in the hopes that my cramped back muscles won't get worse over night. At least they didn't start bothering me until later in the evening. Did I mention we had a small work excursion and dinner today? *is too tired to check* Had a nice time but am very sleepy now - so I'll bid you a good night!

Kill Hannah will be playing in Zurich on 17 October - a Friday! *wibble*

Booked my ticket for the FotR-with-live-soundtrack performance on 23rd February! Both this performance and the one on the following day are almost totally sold out, and they added another one on 29th March but I don't know if Howard Shore will be present there too - probably not, I'd guess. Anyway, there were only tickets for the two best category seats left for the above date (and only few more for the Sunday), and since the difference was only CHF30 I went for one of the few best seats left, at CHF150. After all I'll only have to pay CHF85 for the hotel - a different one than when I went to the LotR Symphony at the same venue, but in the same area which means only some minutes' walk to and from the concert (and the train station).

Eeeeeeh, I'm really looking forward to this!!! Will have to take something that Howard Shore can sign, just in case. :)


Kingdom of Heaven is on TV, and thankfully in original language. Has anyone seen the Director's Cut DVD? I quite liked the cinema version and am curious to hear how the two cuts differ. The Amazon reviewer certainly seems to think the DC is a vast improvement over the cinematic version.



And speaking of concerts, Kill Hannah will be in Basel on 12th April supporting Aiden on their European tour - this will be the only Swiss concert... to go or not to go?

My Kill Hannah CD ("Until There's Nothing Left of Us") and my Blood books (the omnibus editions) by Tanya Huff have arrived! I won't lack reading material anytime soon, what with the first book of the Night Runner series I bought in London, on recommendation of samena, and some non-fiction books I've had for a while and still haven't finished.

God I love this song...
